![]() Select Corsair iCUE 4 Software in the list of programs, then select Uninstall. There are some RGB things I can do in iCue that I cannot replicate in Aquasuite, but those things are not worth dealing with Corsair's buggy, bloated, poorly coded software. Step 1: Uninstall iCUE To uninstall iCUE: Open Control Panel on your computer. Their hardware controllers and their Aquasuite software are light years beyond iCue and Corsair's cheapo controllers. Their fan control and hardware monitoring are very basic anyway. I have no reason to install iCue so I don't. My brother has the same thing happening to him as well. If I try and check for an update it just states the same thing, 'loading error'. ![]() Upon installing iCue I noticed that in the update tab in settings under the version of iCue (4.33.138) it states 'loading error'. SIV works great, uses very little CPU resource, and is rock solid. Step 1: Uninstall conflicting programs Step 2: Repair iCUE What to do next if the issue is not resolved Step 1: Uninstall conflicting programs Look for any programs you may have installed that may be interfering with iCUE, especially if you have any other software that also controls RGB lighting. Hello, I just did a clean install of Windows 11. I have been using SIV to control Commander Pros, Lighting Node Pros, Lighting Node Cores, and Coolit based Corsair AIO pumps for years. ![]() SIV can directly control most of the Corsair fan and RGB controllers and AIO pumps. I know the authors of SIV and HWINFO are very frustrated with Corsair. What they don't tell their customers is that they were shown the problem and the solution, and refused to implement it anyway. Now they tell their customers that they can't run iCue and any other system monitoring programs concurrently. Devices that were earlier being detected and could be managed are: 1. For reasons unknown, they decided to remove the locking mutexes in iCue. 19 Posted OctoThe releases 3.34.161 & 3.34.170 are broken as none of my Corsair devices are getting detected. I know the author of SIV showed them how to do it and they did implement the mutexes in later versions of Corsair Link. You may need to right-click on the installer and choose "Run as administrator" for elevated privileges.īy following these steps, you should be able to address the installation issue and proceed with installing iCUE 5 successfully.I don't understand why Corsair will not implement the locking mutexes to allow iCue to poll system sensors safely while other properly coded system monitoring programs are running. Step 5: After the system restarts, locate the downloaded iCUE 5 installer and run it. Disable iCUE from starting up automatically. Step 3: Open the Task Manager by right-clicking on the taskbar and selecting "Task Manager." In the Task Manager window, go to the "Startup" tab. Check the box that says "Hide all Microsoft services." Then, disable any Corsair-related services such as LLaccess and CorsairService, along with any services associated with Corsair Memory Inc. In the "System Configuration" window, navigate to the "Services" tab. To do this, press the Windows key + R, type "msconfig" in the "Run" dialog, and press Enter. Control and customize Philips Hue smart lighting devices through your iCUE software, and synchonize ambient room lighting with the rest of your RGB setup. Step 1: Download the iCUE 5 Installer from our official downloads page. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue: If you encounter an error while installing iCUE 5 and get this error:
